You must clear the reproduction or re-distribution of the material of any third party, which is accessed through the World Travel Net web site, with the proprietor of the material in question.

You further undertake by the act of proceeding to access any of the information and material available on the World Travel Net web site that you agree that such access is for your own personal, non-commercial use and you further undertake not to copy, download, store in any medium (including any other web site), distribute, frame, transmit, re-transmit, modify, or show in public any such information or material without the prior written consent of World Net Media Limited or, in the case of third party material, the proprietor of the material in question.

In addition, World Travel Net™ logo, Way to go® logo and Travellers Toolkit the Passport® and Travel Planner® features and concepts and other related guides are the international registered trademarks of World Net Media Limited. You may not use any such trade names or trademarks or guides without our permission.

Furthermore, by proceeding to access any of the information or material available on the World Travel Net web site, you accept that

*World Net Media Limited expressly excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of any of the information and material which you may access through your use of the World Travel Net web site together with all liability that may arise with respect to or as a result of you accessing such information or material including any resulting damage, cost, injury or financial losses of any kind;

* World Net Media Limited makes no warranty that the contents of the World Travel Net web site are compatible with all computer systems and browsers.

The User acknowledges:

(a) that it is technically impossible to provide the Web Site free of faults and that WTN does not undertake to do so;

(b) that faults may lead to temporary unavailability of the Web Site; and

(c) that the operation of the Web Site may be adversely affected by conditions and performances outside WTN's control, including without limitation, transmission and telecommunications links between WTN and Users, between different parts of WTN, and between WTN and other systems and networks.

(d) that some of the Information, for example software, is supplied to WTN (directly and indirectly) by third parties and accordingly WTN can offer no warranty of whatever nature in relation to such Information.

The User undertakes:-

(a) not to use the Information for any unlawful purpose;

(b) that it shall not make any use of the Web Site such that the whole or part of the Web Site is interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient, or the effectiveness or functionality of the Web Site is in any way impaired;

(c) not to use the Web Site for the transmission or posting of any computer viruses or any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene or menacing character, or in such a way as to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;

(d) not to use the Web Site in a manner which constitutes a violation or infringement of any person, firm or company (including but not limited to rights of copyright or confidentiality);

(e) that it shall not use the Web Site to transmit any material for the purposes of publicity, promotion and/or advertising without the prior written consent of WTN unless such transmission has been specifically requested by another user of the Web Site; and

(f) that in the event that it has any right, claim or action against any other user arising out of the use of the Web Site then it shall pursue such right, claim or action independently of, and without recourse to, WTN.
